Training Administrator

The Role
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and reliable Administrator to join our growing team.
This is a varied role where you’ll handle both day-to-day administrative tasks and provide direct support for our learners and training programmes. The position is hybrid (50% WFH, 50% office-based) and you will be fully office-based during training courses (around one week per month).
It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop professionally, with the chance to gain free qualifications, assess coursework, and even progress into tutoring and course development.
Daily Duties
- Handling calls and messages for sales and admin enquiries
- Learning Management System (LMS) administration
- Registering learners and ordering certificates from awarding bodies
- Supporting learners with admin queries
- General office administration and coordination
- Background support for online Zoom classes
- Facilitating classroom-based training courses (classroom setup, logistics, refreshments, cleaning)
- Compiling Excel spreadsheet reports
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in an administrative role (education/training sector experience desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong numeracy
- Professional, reliable, and highly organised with great attention to detail
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Apple Mac, and Zoom platforms
- A proactive team player who can also work independently
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (for office travel)
- Reliable home internet connection
