Who Are Easy EPC?
Every Property Certificate Ltd (Trading as Easy EPC) is a small but rapidly growing business. We are based in Brighton but trade across the UK. We provide a variety of services based around calculating the energy efficiency of buildings to ensure they meet environmental targets. We also offer consultation services to clients to enable them to understand the best ways to improve the energy efficiency of their buildings, and we work with architects and developers on projects large and small.
Job Description
We are looking to recruit a new full time commercial energy assessor (NDEA). Being qualified to carry out these surveys already is not a requirement as full training will be given. For the right candidate, we are also open to exploring the role on a part time basis, working 3-4 full days a week.
The role will involve a large amount of travel to survey commercial premises all around the South East and sometimes further afield. A car and all necessary equipment will be provided. Work hours are generally expected to be 9am to 5:30pm, however, due to the nature of the job some flexibility will be required, with occasional longer days or overnight stays for further afield jobs, for which time off will be given in lieu.
The job will also involve some desk work processing reports, however, your days will mostly be taken up with travelling to site, measuring and photographing buildings and taking notes.

The successful candidate will:
- have strong organisational skills
- have excellent attention to detail
- be computer literate
As you will be meeting our clients on site you must also be presentable and have good people skills. Also, the job will involve working away from our office so you must also be self motivated, and have good time management.
We are looking for someone that is ready to start a long career with us. Over the years there will be the possibility for extra qualifications to be gained for the right candidate.
