The Department for Business, Energy and Industry Strategy (BEIS) released their plans for ECO4 back in July of this year. This consultation outlined proposals to the way funding is qualified with a focus on buildings with the worst EPC ratings due to begin in April 2022.

Ofgem’s Reponse

As regulators of the energy efficiency sector, Ofgem are a key part of this ECO4 process. On the 5th of October, they published their response to this Consultation, releasing a document to their website outlining their answers to 99 questions which all relate to ECO4.
