Energy Trust was founded by Richard Elton, who has worked in the energy and retrofit sector for over 20 years. His hands-on experience, combined with a deep understanding of the industry’s needs, laid the foundation for a training organisation focused on quality, relevance, and long-term impact. Richard continues to lead the business, ensuring our courses and support stay aligned with industry standards and the needs of learners across the UK.
