Course Details

Description

PAS 2035 covers how to assess dwellings for retrofit, identify improvement options, design and specify energy efficiency measures. Such retrofits are absolutely essential to help reduce the carbon emissions from homes and to help tackle climate change. Originating from the work of the Each Home Counts review, PAS2035 aims to establish a robust framework of standards on how to conduct effective, whole-house energy retrofits of existing buildings.

The ABBE Level 3 Award in Introduction to Domestic Retrofit qualification has been developed to give an overview of aspects of PAS2035 giving the learner the knowledge and understanding of the retrofit process and who is involved.

This course is ideal for staff working within sales, admin and business development roles in the retrofit and ECO industry. It provides an entry-level understanding of the basics whilst providing a foundation for future career development.

This qualification also counts as Unit 1 towards theLevel 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination & Risk Assessment
