I can’t login to the trainee Assessor Hub website
Some students have experienced issues when attempting to login to the trainee Assessor Hub website in order to produce their EPCs for portfolio purposes. The following issues may be the cause of the problem:
- Check you are accessing the correct link by either clicking on or copy/pasting the following URL: https://training.assessorhub.net/Identity/Account/Login?ReturnUrl=%2F
- Sometimes the web browser you are using can be problematic, please try an alternative browser such as Microsoft Edge, Safari, Firefox or Google Chrome.
- Triple check you are entering your username/password correctly (please note the credentials provided are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as they were provided to you).
