The “Introduction to Domestic Energy Assessment” course offers a comprehensive overview of the fundamental principles and practices involved in assessing the energy efficiency of residential properties and producing EPCs.

This self-paced online course is designed for homeowners, aspiring energy assessors, and professionals in the building and real estate industries who wish to gain a foundational understanding of Domestic Energy Assessment. Through engaging videos, interactive modules, and practical exercises, participants will learn about the role of the DEA and the process involved in producing an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

Please note, that this is a short self-led introductory course and does not provide the full Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment. This short course is approximately 4 hours in length and you are given 31 days from the date of booking the course to complete the module. If you decide to book the full DEA qualification after completing this short course then a discount of £95.00+VAT will be applied to your booking.
