L.RETROFIT are seeking Retrofit Assessors to join their growing team in Brentwood, Essex.
L.Retrofit are looking for Retrofit Assessors with or without industry experience, who have the right attitude towards retrofit and want to provide exceptional service and carve a great career within the industry.
Role: Retrofit Assessor, Full time 9am – 5pm, Monday-Friday.
Salary: £28,000 – £40,000, dependent upon experience.
Location: Brentwood Office, with surveys across Essex and London.
Candidate Role Will Include:
- Travelling to surveys daily, via car or train dependent upon location of jobs each day. For this reason, you must have access to your own vehicle and be able to travel within ULEZ zones.
- Carrying our PAS compliant retrofit assessments.
- Undertaking of technical surveys with full training given.
- Advising customers on energy efficiency measures during the survey.
- Communicating with installers and/or Coordinators to ensure any assessment queries or concerns are addressed and resolved promptly.
- Monitoring diary bookings made by others on your behalf, ensuring action is taken as required.
- Working to set deadlines.
- Undertaking general administrative tasks to facilitate your retrofit assessment role.
- Retaining accreditation and meeting your personal, annual CPD requirements.
