Phil Baxter
Phil Baxter retired to Warwickshire in 2017 after serving for 23 years in the British Army. Since retiring from the Army he founded Baxter Development Solutions which is a company providing Energy Performance Certificates, Floor Plans and Legionella Risk Assessments.
Outside of work he spends his time riding his growing collection of motorbikes and he also takes part in a number of cycling events across the country to help raise money for charity. Phil also organises the popular Avon Dassett Soap Box Derby. Lastly, Phil was elected onto his local parish council last year.
